Our rosin is made from heat pressing bubble hash. We use either 73- or 90-micron hash depending on the strain. The hash is placed in press bags and pressed at a specific temperature and pressure resulting in “Rosin.” The rosin is the consistency of thick honey and is collected and gently cured before it goes to market. Our rosin is potent, terp rich and represents a very high-quality version of this product in the Michigan market.
Our bubble hash is made using only water and ice. Our staff extraction artists take pride in their craft and work hard to produce the highest quality product. Either dry (cured) or Fresh Frozen (live) cannabis is placed in a chilled bath and agitated. The result of this “wash” is that the trichomes containing cannabinoids and terpenes fall off the bud and into the wash water. This trichome rich wash water is then passed through a series of sift bags of decreasing micron size. The trichomes are collected and sorted in these bags and then dried in a freeze dryer. The result is fluffy, terpene rich bubble hash.
When a product is designated as “Live” it means it has been derived from freshly frozen whole buds that we harvest directly from the flower rooms and flash freeze to preserve terpenes and lock in flavor and potency.
